Refund Policy

Subject to availability, The Harpham Company (“THC”) offers new students a one-session trial (“Taster”) to attend their first class. This Taster session is provided free of charge.
The Taster is available only:
For a student’s first ever attendance at THC; or
Where a student is re-attending after a minimum period of 6 months without attending any classes.
The Taster applies to one session only.

Once a monthly subscription has been started, you may cancel the subscription within 14 days and receive a full refund of the monthly subscription fee.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions are subject to a four-week cancellation notice period. The subscription fee for this notice period must be paid in full, regardless of whether the student attends classes during this time.
Once notice of cancellation has been given, the student may no longer attend classes beyond the final paid period.

If payment is not received when due, THC reserves the right to suspend or refuse the student’s attendance at classes until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed due to non-payment. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the student’s place at THC.
