Our Terms
Membership terms and conditions between us, The Harpham Company – Youth Theatre School (THC) and you, the Parent/Guardian.
All THC Members are required to fill out an enrolment form with full details of the student and guardian along with stating any medical conditions and giving media consent. Any undisclosed conditions, THC are not liable for.
THC holds the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any given time.
Members are to issue a written four weeks notice that they are due to cancel and will pay for their four weeks notice. After the four weeks notice is completed, the subscription is cancelled. Members are still able to attend classes during their four weeks notice.
Our monthly membership fee is paid on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit only. Discounted fees will vary. If payment of membership fees is not made in full for any reason we reserve the right to suspend your membership and to exclude your child from THC. If your account falls into arrears on more than three occasions during any one calendar year we reserve the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect.
THC reserves the right to change the day, time and location of the sessions and move classes into weekends, or out of term holidays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Should any enforced closure outside of our control occur, THC reserves the right to move classes Online or rearrange classes. This includes localised closure due to weather, lockdown and unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that your child is unable to attend a THC session, due to sickness, holiday, change in timetable, government restrictions or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, THC is unable to offer any refund of fees paid.
We may cancel your membership in the event of serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for making yourself and your child aware of the health and safety rules of the venue and comply with the recommendations at all times.
Bullying or other inappropriate behaviours by you, your child or guests will not be tolerated and the appropriate measures will be taken to avoid any future issues including removal from class.
All THC members, children and teachers must be treated with respect and consideration. THC does not tolerate rude, offensive or aggressive remarks and behaviour in any way.
Smoking and/or consumption of alcohol and the use or being under the influence of illegal substances is not permitted anywhere in our Studios or on our sites.
