William is our man of many talents. Not only does he help with the logistics of the business, but he is also our photographer, website designer and tech wiz!
After serving as a Royal Marine Commando, Will still says his hardest challenge to date is learning how to pirouette at THC.

Molly is our Mini Cast teacher and their biggest cheerleader; she always ensures they are supported, having the most fun and that they creatively learn to brand new theatre skills every week.
Support Leader
Jan
Jan is our Support Leader at The Harpham Company. As a business, children’s mental health and emotional well-being are at the forefront of what we do. We are an adaptable business where all our students, and staff, have a voice.
Jan is here to listen to and provide support to children and young people within our school, both in a one-to-one and group setting and support complex learning needs.
Jan is responsible for organising well-being activities and projects in our schools and working alongside our student class representatives to ensure the ideas of our students are heard at The Harpham Company whilst ensuring children’s development and physiology is a fundamental element in our structure.
